BED CONFIGURATION: The primary bedroom has a king bed. One guest bedroom has a king bed, and the other guest bedroom has a queen Murphy bed.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: A heated pool with a sun deck and outdoor seating are yours to enjoy. The pool is heated seasonally (November-April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking. The outdoor shower provides an added convenience. The sunroom/lanai are also accessible from the pool area.

PARKING: There is private, gated parking for one small vehicle. On-street parking in the neighborhood may also be available.

LOCATION: Conveniently located close to Old Town and near the Casa Marina area of Key West. You can walk to Higgs Beach dog park from this vacation rental or enjoy local restaurants and nightlife.
