Begin your stay with coffee or tea on your shared, covered front porch. Take a dip in the pool or have lunch in the garden patio area before heading out to sight-see. The home’s first floor includes a living room, TV, ceiling fan, half bath, dining area and kitchen, where you can prepare a quick meal or snack. This bright and sunny area was freshly painted, is comfortably appointed, and includes new dining area furniture.

The bedroom and full ensuite bath are located on the second floor. The spacious King bed and ceiling fan make for easy sleeping. A small desk located in the nook, provides a quiet space for reading or working. Hardwood, tile floors and bedroom carpeting help keep this home clean and comfortable. A shared washer and dryer are located on the grounds of the property. 

The second-floor bedroom has a King bed, TV, ceiling fan and ensuite bath with tile shower and pedestal sink. There is a queen size sleeper sofa on the first floor.

La Maisonnette features a shared pool with water feature. The pool is heated seasonally (November through April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking. Several outdoor dining areas, lush gardens and a shared grill are available for your enjoyment.

This beautiful condo is located in Old Town, one block from Duval Street and just off Truman Avenue. You can easily walk to many restaurants, bars, and shops. The Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum is also nearby. While there's no designated parking, on-street parking in the neighborhood may be available. It's also pet-friendly with one (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs, for an additional fee and completion of Pet Information addendum.
