When rented together they share a large courtyard with a private heated saline pool and covered lanai. GRAND MAISON, the main house, has four large bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom. The first-floor King bedroom is perfect for family members who may have difficulty with stairs. The main staircase leads to the second-floor landing with a beautiful chandelier. There are three equally beautiful bedrooms on the second floor, two King bedrooms and one bedroom with two twin beds (beds cannot be joined). PETITE MAISON, the cottage, is a charming, tasteful, designer two-story cottage. The smart floor plan of this cottage allows for two King bedrooms on the first floor with ensuite baths.

The bathrooms have a tub/shower combination. Each kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and a 4 burner gas stove, blender, microwave, and a toaster. The living rooms have a comfortable sofa with chaise, television with cable, and free wifi. Large dining tables for both dining and for setting up your laptop.

These are two-level, 5-star luxury residences with breathtaking panoramic views of Key West. Our collection includes residences 207, 208, 210, 211, and 212. Each has a private rooftop terrace with an elevated pool, a parking garage, and private elevators for each residence. Each has three luxurious bedrooms; two king bedrooms and a double twin bedroom, all with ensuite bathrooms and the most opulent and comfortable bed and bedding you’ll ever find! Petunia Cottage

Villa Luxe reveals a discreet but sexy glamour beyond its gates and it’s no wonder since it was once owned by a hip clothing brand. It’s easy to imagine models and fashion industry types lounging poolside, away from the watchful eyes of others. Now, you can rent it for yourself and your fabulous friends (and everyone’s more fabulous here). This is truly an "Adults Only" property. Not suitable for children under the age of 12. Comprised of two distinct structures, this home offers plenty of flexibility and options for your group. The two-story building at the back stacks two guest bedrooms, each with a private bath and a balcony. In the main, single-story house, the master bedroom comprises one wing set spaciously apart for privacy, and separated from the communal kitchen by a large, combination living room and dining room. Please note that the bedding arrangements consist of three king beds which sleep up to six adults comfortably. There is an additional rollaway cot for the seventh guest that is recommended for a young or small adult.
