Take a short walk down White Street to Higgs Beach and the White Street Pier or towards Old Town Key West. Keeping its tropical charm with vaulted ceilings and exposed Dade County pine wood beams, this home has been updated in a way to preserve the historic island feel. 

The Island-Inspired Space

The living room has plenty of space to entertain, with an open floor plan all the way into the kitchen leading out the back doors into your own tropical pool oasis.

The kitchen hosts stainless steel appliances with a gas stove and a Keurig. The island feel is enhanced by the beautiful blue quartz countertops, looking like an aerial view of the beautiful azure waters surrounding Key West.

The upstairs master suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and an exterior balcony overlooking the backyard and pool area. There is an additional queen bedroom upstairs under the eves as well. There are two downstairs bedrooms. There's one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. A recently renovated downstairs bathroom is sure to please any guest with its large shower showcasing multiple showerheads and full glass doors.

The backyard continues the entertaining space, featuring a fabulous in-ground pool with a refreshing waterfall, outdoor dining space, multiple lounging areas, and a hammock to top off your tropical vacation. You'll enjoy grilling your catch of the day out here.

Casa Del Rio comes with an off-street parking spot on the front left side of the house. Just remember to not park in parking spaces marked as RESIDENTIAL or PERMIT ONLY. There's also something to bark about. This home is pet-friendly for one dog, a maximum weight of 30 lbs. with an additional pet fee.
