Safety When You Visit Key West

As much as we all want to get out and enjoy summer, it's understandable if you're also anxious about traveling, too. Historic Key West Vacation Rentals wants you to enjoy your upcoming Key West vacations and getaways, so we're sharing these enhanced protocols to do our part in preventing the spread of Covid-19 in our community and workplace with your safety and peace of mind as our top priority. 

Groups of 10 or more people are not permitted to occupy a rental or any outside space. Guests should bring their own masks, gloves and hand sanitizer to be used during their stay. The same amount of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.) will be provided in each home. Should you need more than what is provided, please refer to the list of open grocery stores and pharmacies where you can purchase additional supplies. Our homes are being sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines and regulations put forth by the state of Florida and Monroe County, to ensure your health and safety. We are allowing adequate time between check out of the previous guest and check-in of the next guest for appropriate cleaning and sanitation. All surfaces in the property are cleaned and disinfected between each guest stay. All linens, dishware, and other service items available for use by guests have been washed and sanitized between each guest stay. Extra linens including throw blankets and decorative pillows have been removed and stored until further notice.

Visitors should expect to have their temperatures taken before entering Key West restaurants and retail shops and masks are required for entry in all establishments.
