Papio Kinetic Sculpture Parade

April 3-5, 2020

Fans of "outsider art" can celebrate the renegade metal sculptor Stanley Papio's legacy with a people-powered parade of mobile sculptures crafted in the spirit of his extraordinary creations. This Key West parade features colorful sculptural floats, tricycles with exotically costumed riders, fantastically decorated bicycles and other moving work of art.  They're all powered by human effort only and you'll get to marvel at them as they parade the length of Duval Street. 

Where To Stay: Bahama Getaway consists of three buildings. They are all single story. The main house has three bedrooms, each room has a full-size bed. There are also two full baths, a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. The large guest cottage with a bathroom also has a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, and a microwave. The laundry cottage comes with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Key West Artisan Market: Ocean Awareness Edition

April 5, 2020 | 10 am - 2 pm

Paddle faster! Key West is waiting for you! Our friends at Lazy Dog Adventures presents the challenge. It's a 12-mile Elite Race around our island and a 4-mile open rate. There's also a kick-off registration party, paddleboard clinics, and races for kids. It's April 30-May 3, so come on down.
