5 stars Perfect location:

We stayed at the Rooster for 6 days with our teenage kids. There is so much to write and all great! The location is PERFECT! 1.5 blocks off of Duval. Quiet at night. The apartment was very clean, comfy, and air worked. The kids slept on the pull-out couch in the living room and my husband and I took the room. We didn’t really spend time inside so we didn’t mind it being a little tight. Again, just there to sleep. The kitchen was great for cooking a few times or throw a pizza in the oven late at night. The pool was AWESOME! We spent more time than we thought in it. All of our “neighbors” in other units were very friendly and we had great conversations with them. We rented bikes for the week which made things SO MUCH EASIER to get around. Parking for the car was no big deal. There’s parking available everywhere by the house. 5 STARS Neighborhood Gem

This is a wonderful home, well decorated and maintained, in a wonderful neighborhood. It's so conveniently located to Duval Street in the tony neighborhood of 500 block of Fleming. It's steps away from a gourmet grocery, wine tasting bar, high-end men's store, great neighborhood bar, and more. The courtyard and heated pool are wonderful and the kitchen is well stocked. We never got into a car the whole week we were there. Our group of three couples loved it and we will be back. - Guests of Cloud 9

5 STARS Key West Vacation

We were very pleased with the rental property. Its location just north of Truman and east of Duval was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It also has its own parking off the street that made it very handy. We wish we could have stayed all winter. - Stayed at Poinciana Treetop 

Winter Getaway: Great experience in this cozy cottage! The location could not be better, very private and comfortable accommodations. The cottage was very clean and had everything you needed for a short visit to Key West. - Solaris Cottage guests

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood but close to the grocery store, good restaurants and nice places. We would definitely recommend Chavez House.

In Key West for a friend's 50th. Found this beautiful little rental house just a couple of blocks off Duvall and couldn't have been happier with the house. Fully renovated and brand new. perfect for the 8 people we had staying there. The beautiful back patio and the swimming pool were the perfect places for gathering, relaxing and planning our next outing in town. I can't wait to come back and rent this house again.
