You will find serenity in this lustrous, two-story, updated home. As you enter this attractive space, you will immediately feel its peaceful vibe. Built with an abundance of windows, sunshine envelopes this happy place. Bamboo floors add to the light and airy ambiance of the home.

The open concept space includes a kitchen, dining area, and family room. The family room is adorned with contemporary furnishings, large screen TV and double doors that lead to your backyard pool and entertaining area. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel Café appliances, island seating for 3, white subway tile and quartz countertops. You can easily prepare meals for family and friends using the slide in gas range. If you prefer to dine under the stars, you will find a large dining table and chairs in the patio area. For those who opt to dine out, you are within walking distance of some of Key West’s finest restaurants.

Enough about eating, let’s talk about sleeping. The first floor has a bedroom with a full bed and access to the hall bath. The bedroom includes a dresser, ceiling fan, closet, and a desk. On the tranquil second floor you will find 2 ensuite bedrooms. The front bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, closet, ceiling fan and access to the covered balcony. The rear primary bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, and a covered balcony overlooking the lush pool area. The ensuite bathrooms are equipped with glass walk in showers and the primary suite also includes double sinks and a soaking tub. There is a second desk/work station in the upstairs hall, allowing for schooling and/or working from home.

Miss Sunshine's private pool is surrounded by lush foliage and Brazilian teak decking. Lounge chairs, a dining table and outdoor shower, are provided for your enjoyment.
