Introducing Magical Margaret, the newest Key West monthly rental to join our luxury vacation rentals collection. It's available for your fall and winter vacations beginning November 2022. 

As you enter the main home you will be captivated by the high-end kitchen, natural light, and hardwood floors. A white, quartz waterfall island has seating for four and a built-in microwave. Custom cabinets, recessed lighting and stainless-steel countertops compliment this unique home. A slide in range with pot filler, stainless steel KitchenAid appliances and large refrigerator are sure to impress the Chef in your group.

A lighted staircase leads to the primary bedroom with spa-like ensuite on the second floor as well as two additional ensuite bedrooms on the third floor.

The primary bedroom overlooks the pool from your private balcony. It is adorned with a woven rattan bed, nightstands, lamps, a dresser, and large screen TV. A large closet is also provided for your extended stay. The over-sized ensuite bath includes a double walk-in shower, multiple shower heads, soaking tub, water closet and dual sinks with lighted coral mirrors. The stackable washer and dryer is conveniently located on the second floor of the home.

The third floor of the main house has two additional ensuite bedrooms flanking the hall. The first guest bedroom includes a pineapple post bed, nightstand with lamp, built-in open shelving, dresser, and desk, as well as an updated ensuite bath. The second guest bedroom has a canopy bed, side tables with lamps as well as its own cozy, modern ensuite bath.

Back on the first floor, you will enjoy the open concept living room/dining room and convenient powder room. The home is accented with Dade County pine and designer décor. A large L-shaped sofa, chair and two swivel chairs provide views of the large screen TV as well as the pool. The dining area seats 6 comfortably at the trestle table with nail head trim seating. After a day on Duval Street, you can cool off in the saline pool followed by dinner outdoors.

Across the patio area is the guest cottage which is like no other! The first floor includes an open-concept family room, kitchen and a wall of windows overlooking the pool. Ample seating, large screen TV, washer/dryer and powder room provide all the comforts of home. Enjoy morning coffee poolside or in your upscale kitchen area. Stainless steel appliances include refrigerator-freezer drawers, sink, dishwasher, and wine fridge. The second floor of the guest house is cozy and comfortable. Reading in bed is no problem with two nightstands and lamps. Complete with a closet, updated ensuite bath and walk in shower, this charming space is perfect for guests. Whether you stay for a month or more, this beautifully renovated home and guest house will leave you yearning to come back time and time again.

Magical Margaret is located in  Historic Old Town, a couple of blocks from the southern end of Duval Street near upscale shops and restaurants. It's just four blocks to Higgs Beach where you can also enjoy dining at Salute on the Beach with a relaxed ocean view. It's also just four blocks to Louie’s Backyard, a fine dining restaurant with an ocean view.
