Inn Cogneato Cottage - Monthly Rental

Inn Cogneato is a beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bath home located in one of the oldest parts of Historic Key West. Surrounded by a white picket fence and with its gorgeous wood floors, this home is perfect for a couple that plans on entertaining visiting guests or family during their stay. 

The kitchen has a gas stove for the chef of the family along with custom backsplash tiling and stainless appliances. The kitchen is finished with white marble countertops and includes an expansive island and a large farmhouse apron front sink. The heirloom dining table handmade in Luxembourg will seat six for dinner.

Each bedroom has a Queen bed with new ultra-comfortable mattresses and fresh new linens plus a sleeper sofa for one person.

The saline pool measures 14 x 8 feet, is 5 feet deep, has an in-pool bench for sitting. This pool is heated in season and has a beautiful custom waterfall! There is a patio and propane grill for grilling your Key West catch of the day!

Inn Cogneato is located in Bahama Village, a neighborhood located southwest of downtown, in Old Town. Bahama Village is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood settled in the 1800s by families from the Bahamas. It is within walking distance to the Southernmost Beach. It's just a 1-minute bike ride to the Southernmost Point and a 3-minute ride to Duval Street. You’ll love how close this home is to everything, yet how tucked away you feel. Many fantastic restaurants are within walking distance. These include Blue Heaven (it was famous even before Kenny Chesney), and Santiago's Bodega (a true locals favorite for sangria and tapas), and La Creperie. Shops and Galleries are close by as well, Besame Mucho is a must-see!

This home is dog-friendly, as well. Guests may bring one dog up to 25 pounds, at least one year of age or older. Any pet must be spayed/neutered and all vaccinations up-to-date. (Please be advised some breeds are not permitted).
