Luxuriate in Grand Maison's fine designer touches such as reclaimed Dade County Pinewood for the walls and floors, ensuring it retains the charm of a traditional Key West Home. The bathrooms, kitchen, furniture and decor, and the mattresses are all new. New spray foam insulation helps keep the house cool and quiet.

There are four large bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath. The first floor King room is perfect for family members who have difficulty with stairs. The main staircase leads to the second-floor landing with a beautiful chandelier. There are three equally beautiful bedrooms on the second floor. There are two King bedrooms and one bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own flat screen tv and cable. Free high-speed WiFi that is password protected is another added luxury. Grand Maison provides great outdoor spaces where friends and family can gather or take quiet time alone. The large courtyard perfectly frames the private, heated saline pool and covered lanai. The outdoor deck is spacious and sports plenty of chaise pool chairs for working on your tan within this private oasis.

Parking for one car is a very much appreciated amenity for those who drive to Key West. Just tuck in your car for the duration of your stay because chances are, you won't need it. This is a very walkable location that's just a few blocks from and a very safe walk to everything you'd like to enjoy. In addition, there are many delicious restaurants nearby for the foodies in your family.

And, when we say this is a family-friendly home, we include everyone in the family. Grand Maison is pet friendly, allowing for one dog up to 25 pounds and at least one year of age or older. Please note your pet must be spayed/neutered with all vaccinations up to date. Some breeds may not be permitted.
