“The cottage was in a great space in the heart of Old Town Key West. It was no more than a 15 min walk to where ever we needed to go. "My husband and I stayed in the Martha Truman suite in November for our Anniversary. The place was very clean and organized. It was stocked with dishes and other kitchen necessities and exactly what we needed. It was close to everything. Management is amazing! They are on top of everything and take great pride in making sure their guests are comfortable. They go above and beyond. With one phone call we had bikes delivered to the apartment. They also included maps for our use with maps and gave several suggestions of things to do in the area. We were very pleased with our stay. "My wife and I decided for the first time to try a rental home instead of a hotel. We can’t say enough about how awesome this place was!! From the check-in to the end it was amazing! We loved the space inside and out even though the weather was not nice while we were there is was not to know when we come back we can use it. The staff was awesome checking in and making sure all of the needs and safety needs during the storm were met. We will be back sooner than later and would recommend this unit to any couple looking for a nice location and great space. "This was a beautifully decorated place close to everything in key west. We stayed in the upper unit. It had everything we needed at an affordable price. I only wish it had a pool and it would have been perfect! We arrived on the Key West Express early in the day and the ladies were nice enough to allow us to drop our luggage off at the office while we enjoyed our day. "Copa Cabana was great. Enjoyed our monthly stay immensely. Would recommend my friends and others to stay. Good location in old town. Pool is small but good. If you wanna experience a bigger pool the city pool is 3 houses down and is huge and not crowded at all. Would stay here again. "We had a wonderful time! This location was perfect! Close to the southernmost beach and Fort Zachary Taylor beach. The sunsets were spectacular! Our rental was beautifully updated and clean. Loved the kitchen! Added benefit was the seawater heated pool. The management company was very professional and extremely helpful. "This is a very well kept piece of property, close to everything but far enough away that the property is very quiet. Beautiful hardwood floors, nicely appointed kitchen that we used every morning. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linen and towels. The pool in the back was small but a great place to sit and listen to the waterfall and relax if you choose. "This was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever reserved. The location in Key West is absolutely unmatched! It’s right in the heart of the action but somehow tucked away and private. We only used our rental car twice in 7 days, once to get to a kayak excursion and once to the grocery store. The neighborhood is incredibly picturesque, like straight out of a movie. Beautiful landscaping everywhere and super clean and well maintained. The pool is very nice but small, we had it all to ourselves most visits. Do yourself a favor and rent bikes, we used them every day multiple times per day. The Concierge, Cindy, was so friendly and very very helpful. We had a minor issue during our stay and it was handled quickly with no inconvenience to us at all. "This was our second stay at Poinciana Paradise. It's perfectly located in a quiet alley just 2.5 blocks from Duval. On-site parking is a bonus. The deck on the back of the house has been updated since our last stay and is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the beautiful Key West weather. The property management company is extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We traveled with another couple, so this property could not have been more perfect for us; we each had our own separate spaces but could sit together on the deck and enjoy drinks or a meal. "During these trying times that we are living in, we needed a safe getaway and that's exactly what we got. The minute we walked through those gates, we felt like we were transported to our own little island. The pool, decor and location of this oasis, was bar none. Our homes are being sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines and regulations put forth by the state of Florida and Monroe County, to ensure your health and safety. We are allowing adequate time between check out of the previous guest and check-in of the next guest for appropriate cleaning and sanitation. All surfaces in the property are cleaned and disinfected between each guest stay. All linens, dishware, and other service items available for use by guests have been washed and sanitized between each guest stay. Extra linens including throw blankets and decorative pillows have been removed and stored until further notice.
