My husband and our teenage daughter spent a few days in Key West recently. This rental is in a perfect location for seeing sights, eating and shopping all within walking and/or biking distance.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Poinciana and we'll definitely be back. Perfect spot for a couple, with an additional pull-out sofa for a child. The location is ideal...walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Duval, but situated on a very quiet street so you can get away from it all and get some sleep. Less than a mile to Higgs Beach in one direction or Mallory Square in the other. Hot tub was a huge bonus.

What a fantastic, little romantic cottage... Right off Duval Street with access to everything especially the marina where we spent most of our time... Perfect little one bedroom with a small kitchen and TV room for that romantic weekend getaway...
The cottage had everything... Wi-Fi, plenty of cooking utensils, although we went out every night... Everything was perfect, including a very easy, remote contactless check in... Kim at the home office was fantastic to work with... Everybody was very easy, and I am definitely going to stay in that same cottage next year when we’re back for the powerboat races... Highly recommend and a very happy customer.

Great location near all of the Key West activities yet in a quiet well kept neighborhood. Home was spotless & well stocked. Management company was outstanding & provided great tips for restaurants, bars, & activities. We will definitely book this property again on our future visits to Key West. Thank you.

Great rental, property was in great shape. A block and a half from Duval St., we never used our car the whole stay. Everything is walkable. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I just spent a week in Key West for his 50th birthday. We loved the island so much last year, he wanted to come back. Property management was easy to work with, we had a late arrival and directions were perfect for getting our keys to the property. We got to the property a little after 9pm, unloaded and freshened up and were on Duval by 10pm! The walk is just a couple blocks and so safe and secure. We slept great in the king bed and I enjoyed coffee before heading out for our adventures each day. We went to the beach daily and I can’t imagine if we didn’t have a washer and dryer for suits and towels. If you have ever been to Key West, you know parking can be a real issue in a lot of areas- having a designated parking spot was another reason we chose this rental. Only thing to pass along when choosing this rental- there are beach towels but no other beach items like chairs, umbrellas or tote. We rented chairs and an umbrella daily but that will run you an extra $50, just an fyi.

My husband and I loved our stay at Poinciana Garden and would definitely come back. We have stayed in several rentals in key west of the years and this was by far our favorite. The private hot tub and patio were an amazing bonus. The location was quiet yet walkable.

This duplex was clean and charming. The location is excellent and is close to many attractions. The property management team was superb in communication - will definitely use their services again. Just an FYI- you have to go to the office to get the keys and drop them off. Taxi drivers charged more for two stops. Recommend bringing an eye mask because the room is really bright at night and in the morning. This may not be an issue for others-I sleep better in a dark room. Would stay here again.

Stayed 2 of the 4 nights as electricity was knocked out the by the second night. Too bad there was no consideration for having to leave early, but that is how the contract reads, so I understand.

We had a great time staying at this property. The location is ideal for walking/biking the old town part of Key West. The size is good for a couple (it was my wife and myself), and a great attribute is the designated parking spot! If you have ever been in the historic district area you understand what a great thing that is, if not you will grow a quick appreciation.

This rental was off the beaten path, however, still close enough to walk everywhere we needed to go during our stay in the Keys. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. The private hot tub and on-site washer/dryer were a bonus. The only thing I would change...I would ask the property managers to at least leave a day or two worth of coffee in the house, until we had time to get to the store. Other that that, it was perfect for us.

We stayed a week while we explored Key West. The location is perfect! It’s on a nice quiet little lane away from the hubbub for some quiet wind down time yet close to it all! Just two blocks off Duval, walking distance to Mallory Square and Fort Zachery. We enjoyed grilling in the little back yard as well as morning coffee on the front porch. The kitchen is just enough for a quiet evening in. LOVED our stay here!
